We hold your date1-2 weeks out

Once you say go, we lock a start date and order any doors, fixtures or trim ahead of time. You get a confirmed calendar day and the name of the person showing up.

Day of the jobstart to finish

The same handyman arrives when we said, lays down drop cloths, and works the punch list room by room. You get a text if anything needs a decision before we move on.

Do you charge for estimates?+

No. Written quotes for lists, repairs, mounting and small projects are always free, we visit, measure, talk through the list and priorities, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.

How soon can you start?+

Estimates follow the walkthrough, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent repairs, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.

What does “free estimates” mean?+

Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.

What should I do before the visit?+

Write the list, photos help, and clear a path to each item. We bring tools, parts and shoe covers, you bring the satisfying pen-strike through each line.

What happens during the free list review?+

We walk the list room by room, flag anything needing a licensed trade, and hand you one clear quote for everything else, fifteen minutes.

Full remodels, roofs and anything needing a specialty license, we know our lane and happily point you to the right trade, often one we trust personally.

What parts do you use?+

Name-brand hardware and fixtures we would put in our own homes, or exactly what you already bought, we tell you honestly if it will not hold.

Can you price from photos?+

Usually, yes, that is the fastest route to a flat quote. Odd cases get a quick free look first, never a surprise invoice after.

Which projects fit one visit?+

Do you haul away the debris?+
