Do you charge for estimates?+
No. Written quotes for lists, repairs, mounting and small projects are always free, we visit, measure, talk through the list and priorities, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.
How soon can you start?+
Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent repairs, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What does "free estimates" mean?+
Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.
Will you protect floors and furniture?+
Yes. Shoe covers, drop cloths and a vacuum that travels with us. The only evidence should be the fixed thing.
What about the leftover parts?+
Labeled and left in a bag with a note, or hauled with the packaging if you prefer. Mystery screws are explained, not hidden.
Is the work guaranteed?+
Yes, in writing, the done-right warranty covers every fix. If something we touched acts up, we return first and free.
